Chapter 3

S
o the Simpleton speeded away as first and ran into the neighbour village, where he asked the very first blacksmith for his hardest rapier. However, the smith knew about the simplicity of this king's son, gave him his softest, a weapon made of copper. The Simpleton didn't notice the deception and ran back to the king, but just before the throne room, he collieded with the second prince, who had a much stronger rapier than himself. The two weapons fell down and in the hurry, they've been mixed up. After a short test with all of the three princes weapons, the king said, "Simpleton will be the king, he has the strongest rapier!" In rage, the two other princes slayed the king.
